Update

Amazingly enough, the recruiter did receive the medical record, at the right address. The hospital must have just put the wrong address in their computer, but still sent it to the right one. So, he submitted all of my files and information to MEPS for review. They usually take 3-4 days to review it all and approve me for a physical. He will call me as soon as he hears that I can schedule the physical. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
